This is a comprehensive certification program to train Indigenous Women in the ancient practice of Cedar Bath, to be used on a grassroots level within their communities, or within the Indigenous Health Care system.
Cedar is used for protection, purification and bringing balance into yourself. It is also known for attracting positive feelings, energy, and emotions. The cedar bath ceremony is a ceremony that brings healing and comfort to the body.
This gentle and relaxing ceremony provides healing from past traumas, grief, negativity, fear and toxins.

There is an increasing demand for Indigenous led Health Care practitioners. By training our own people in the Traditional healing practices we are able to centralize our own care to prevent systemic abuses in the Western Health Sector.
